ORDERING
Customers may place orders Monday thru Saturday anytime. Please use our convient contact form or you may call us at
804-722-0654. Our answering machine, if we are not available, is available 24 hours a day to take your orders.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We require prepayment for special orders. REMEMBER: Special
orders take extra time to get and we cant be held responsible for delays in
manufacturing. (Thats why theyre special.) Special orders can not be cancelled
or returned! Once ordered no refunds on any deposits. In almost every case the special
ordered product will be higher priced than a similar stocked product due to manufacturer
price, shipping and handling. Our volume discounts do not apply to special orders.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
An account refusing a shipment must pay the shipping and handling charges before
additional shipments can be made.
DELIVERY
We ship your order as fast as possible. We will notify you prior to shipping with a tracking number.
We will use the best means available from our location.
BACK ORDERS
Although our goal is to ship your product within 48 hours, sometimes an item will be in
short supply. If this occurs, we will notify you that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We
will make every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with an estimated time of
delivery.
RETURNS
All returns must have the following:
1 -
Return authorization. 2 - Prepaid freight. 3 - A copy of the
original invoice. 4 -An explanation for the return. 5 - Product
must be in re-saleable condition, free of markings, labels, and in the original
carton. Cartons can not be torn or cut open, blister packed items must be
unopened. 6 - No credits will be issued for shipping charges. 7 - No
returns on electrical items.
All returns will be credited to your accounts.
NO REFUNDS. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Discontinued, nonstocking, or special
ordered items cannot be returned.
WARRANTIES
Manufacturers warranties apply to all products. Most warranties do not cover labor
costs for removing or replacing defective products. In addition manufacturers do
not cover painting costs. Always check the fit of the part before you paint it. If you paint it, it's Yours!
DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
Before we ship, ALL products are inspected for damage and repacked to make sure they arrive at
your door safely. All claims from damage or loss in transit must be made directly with the
carrier within 3 days of receipt. We do not assume any responsibility for damage
incurred in transit. Any claims for shortage or error in the warehouse must be made within
three days of receipt of order.

Therefore, Pintail Designs, it's agents, or other representatives will not
be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or damages from use of
